I have used Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. I began using this company because my cousin Chad serviced furnace and AC's through Schneider. Chad was/is top notch, providing us with exceptional service at all times, and sharing so much knowledge. Chad has since switched positions, so we had a new technician out to our house recently. Her name was Cora. Cora was absolutely amazing to work with. She reassured me that our equipment has clearly been well taken care of and that all of it is in good working order. There was a little mishap (our water spigot unknowingly had a leak, completely our fault and not Cora's.) Our basement ended up with some flooding due to the use of the spigot with the leak, again NOT Cora's fault - just bad timing. Cora remained calm, collect, and patient throughout the entire situation. Cora jumped right in and started to help clean up the mess even though it didn't have to be her responsibility. She even moved some belongings to avoid water damage. She just seemed so caring and remained calm the whole time. She was so apologetic too and didn't need to be. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. It is clear that Cora genuinely cares about her customers not just as customers but as humans too. I really needed her help in that situation, and she was there for me until my husband was able to step in. Schneider is lucky to have Cora on their team!
