They had someone at my house within two hours of calling, and were flexible with my work schedule. Within 24 hours, they were installing a new one. There was a small issue with billing, and upon calling about it, they resolved the issue immediately. Great customer service and friendly staff! Kyle was outstanding and went above and beyond for us. He came out quickly when we had a problem, he quickly diagnosed the problem, made a temporary fix and ordered the needed part. Once that came in, he promptly came back to install the new part and even walked around the building to reset our thermostats for us. The best part was that he communicated with me the entire time. I wish I'd caught the name of the man who came to my apartment today to fix our unit. Excellent service and he was beyond nice and helpful. There was a very long back order for the part needed for our unit and he worked his hardest to find a quicker resolution. We are very happy and appreciative of him and his work.
