We are first time customers, and we are very pleased. I called this morning and Mitch (I believe that was his name) understood perfectly what our problem was and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mitch said we would be added to the schedule. I didn't expect such quick service because of being a new customer and with all the below zero temperatures, I thought there may be others with bigger problems than we had. But Dan called late morning, was here in half an hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was gone within the hour. He explained everything perfectly so that I could confidently relay to my husband. We were also very pleased with the cost. We will definitely call them again should the need arise.

This past year we had our Annual Inspection /Cleaning Service- in the Spring for our Central Air Unit and this month for our Furnace. Both were completed by Kora! She was on time, efficient,friendly,knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain her process and the outcome after each visit. **We are very pleased with Schneider Heating & Air Conditioning! And would highly recommend them!!

Alex from Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning visited me today to do their annual maintenance check. I have an older oil burning boiler in my home and radiant heat. He took the time to teach me a little about the system while he was here and answered all my questions. Thanks for the awesome service!
