Duties will include new installs or replacement of heating, air conditioning and ventilation units and equipment in residential and commercial settings in and around Winona and western Wisconsin.

  • HVAC experience desired but will consider related experience such as construction, maintenance, plumbing and/or ductwork.

HVAC Hydronic Installer- Onalaska

Qualifications/Skills Desired or Required:

  • Install, assemble, and test hydronic heating and cooling systems including boilers, baseboards, radiant tubing, plumbing
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specifications.
  • Perform system start-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site and in company vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operation and maintenance requirements.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal mechanical and safety codes.
  • Document work performed, materials used, and time on the job accurately.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors regarding system design improvements or field issues.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with new technologies and products.
  • Valid Class D (regular) driver's license required (with good driving record).
  • 1 year minimum HVAC experience and/or education required.
  • May consider related HVAC, duct work, construction and/or plumbing experience in lieu of HVAC experience/education.
