Administrative Assistant – Winona
Full-time Administrative Assistant needed to work out of our Winona shop. Perform clerical, administrative, front receptionist and service dispatch functions within a small but busy heating and air conditioning office:
Hours: Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm (with 1 hour lunch)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years administrative/office assistant experience and/or education.
- Computer proficient, especially in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high call volume work environment.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills with ability to calmly manage challenging situations and/or customers.
- Ability to multitask, be a self-motivator, and maintain efficiency.
- Personable and friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and dependable. Report to work timely and as scheduled.
- Valid driver’s license required (minimal driving–i.e. bank)
