How does this program work?

As a member of the Gold Star Maintenance Program, we will have two appointments for your home per year — one time to check your cooling equipment and the other to check your heating equipment. We will schedule these appointments for the same time every year, and you will receive a notice in the mail three to four weeks prior to your scheduled appointment as a reminder. If that specific date does not work for you, contact our office and we will get it rescheduled to a date that does. The day before your maintenance, we also call as a courtesy and to set up your two-hour time frame for our arrival. This program makes it simple and convenient to ensure your equipment is running at its full potential and efficiency!
